Discovery Place, the Charlotte science museum, has a new exhibit opening this weekend that I must see. Normally, I'm not much of a science museum person, even if hands on, but geez, this one is Candy Unwrapped, an interactive look at sweetness. Mmmmmm, science.

I read about that today and I can't wait to go... apparently there is a giant, squishy tongue. I must see it!
